We stand behind what we make. Each Catacomb Collective piece is printed, packed, and shipped by hand — small-batch, limited-run, and built to last. Because of that, we don’t offer traditional returns or refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.

That said, if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at [insert@catacombcollective.com].
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and we’ll fix it — whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package goes missing, reach out — we’ll help you file a claim and do what we can to track it down.

Limited Editions

Most drops are limited runs, which means replacements might not always be possible.
If that’s the case, we’ll offer a refund or store credit instead.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to show up.
